OK I am searching my porting options right now. Who can port? How much usually including the shipping? and How good is the quality? Gasket Match? Im leaning towards Buschur Racing due to not know who else can do it....... Any help would be appreciated...

Buschur Racing is the home of the first Evo VIII in the 8's... But I'm pretty sure almost any machine shop can do porting for you for 1/5 of what Buschur will charge. You just need to know how ported you want it, and make it very, very clear to the machine shop. . .

You have to be careful with porting, Done wrong you can lose HP,
I figure in th e intake side of things its allways good to portmatch.
I dont know how much polishing is needed outside of the head.
DO Not Gasket Match the exhaust port on the head, the lip actually helps the exhaust pulses from going back into the head.

hmmm well i dont plan on doing it myself so its all good, i just want it done right and dont feel like shipping my intake manifold out for a month and having no car ya know....
just looking for a local place.

PS- BR isnt the only one that ports.
PPI does great work and uses a much better coating.
