Okay. I just stumbled upon a few videos talking about seafoaming an engine. WTF!!!! What does it do. From what I can tell it just makes the engine smoke and look like a piece of shit.

Is it a cleaner or a performance booster or something. They dont really show anything on the benefits of it. All thety show is them reving the engine and a bunch of smoke coming out. I always thought smoke was a bad thing when it came to cars.

SeaFoam is a good cleaner. When used properly. Cleans soot and carbon build up. Also cleans crummy varnished carbrators. I've had good luck with it.

how about the seals and gaskets of the engine area? Paint? Etc etc? Is it safe to use?
