The meeting went awesome. Alot of people got to talk for Ron and get our side heard. I really think Ron has a good chance at winning this :D

i hope this gets approved. i was reading about it in the paper and it sounded like he had his bases covered.

Basically the board finished the meeting by stating that it's a PA law that the landower has the right to build whatever it is they want as long as it meets all the regulations. I this case it does. It also states in th zoning that there would be no problem for this. The only thing that was holding him back are the people opposed to the drag strip being build.

Anyhow the board will have their decision April 4th. Then the people against it have the chance to appeal it to a higher court. The court would review the transcripts then decide if its worth bringing to court.

Needless to say Ron is with in the law so I'm really thinking from the way it sounds that he has a very very very good chance at winning. :D
