Well I just wanted to share my experience with ETS:Extreme Turbo Systems from the other day. A friend from evolutionm.net and I were working together to try and figure this Lower Intercooler Pipe problem we had. He had an Injen he was selling so I bought it. So he bought the ETS version and we both figured out it was hard press to make fit on our stock turbos. So we switched.......I got the ETS and he got the Injen. Again we had a hell of a time to get these things to fit......he had a modded O2 house to dump to ATmosphere and my now ETS just wasn't long enough......
Meanwhile he got the company who modded his O2 house to re-mod it to where it will fit the injen. I on the other hand contacted Tom @ ETS and explained my problem, expecting Tom to say....."Its not my problem". Low and behold i was wrong...he said send it to me and I will look at it, with the deal that if I was wrong I would pay for shipping back, and if I was right he would fix it or send me a new one. After about a week Tom calls me and informs me that I got the old HPF(Horse Power Freaks) version. HPF used to deal with ETS when they were new......My luck I happen to get the pipe version they discontinued.....go figure....and Tom tells me he will fix it and re powder coat it new......To my color choice I pick Black because thats the color scheme we have going. Im soooo excited, we are expecting it back on the car by wednesday. With such fast service, excellent customer service, and out of the box hospitality I am extremely satisfied with ETS. I was amazed that they ever put effort into me even though I bought this used from someone else...........
ETS is where it's at....We are now working with them to see if we can get them on our forum......*crosses fingers*
