How do I take a nice night picture without it coming out all dark. My flash sucks I think. Or do I even use the flash??? I have just noticed everyone has some nice night pictures of their cars and I can only seem to take an alright picture during the day...:confused:

Well start ut by hunting a good location

Define good you say?

Well lit
A good back ground of your choice
Flat area


Be sure to have the main source of light behind you an snap it. If the shutter sounds slow you dont have enough light.....Flash with surrounding lighting at night mean a dark photo. Flashes are over rated unless you have a room flash with stand....and a toner(a screen to tone down the direct flash lighting

SO a parking garage or something with a fair bit of light behind me would be ideal then.

Parking Garages are perfect...Becareful how many light fixtures you have in the photos or near the shot.....It will create star bursts or glares
